How to crack interviews effortlessly

10 step guide to crack any interview like a boss

Tell me about yourself !

Tell me about yourself!!

Tell me about yourself!!!

Tell me about yourself!!!!

Tell me about yourself!!!!!

Tell me about yourself!!!!!!

Tell me about yourself!!!!!!!

How many times have you heard this?

How many times have you given “to the point answers” with ease and élan?

Make sure you follow these guidelines for your next interview and rock it up like a BOSS, yes, like Thalaiva _/\_

1. BRUSH UP YOUR LANGUAGE SKILLS

According to a recent survey, it’s understood that majority of the job seekers fail at interviews just because of poor language skills.
Language is an essential tool to convey your thoughts accurately, that means telling exactly what you wanna tell.
So go-ahead and work on your language skills, be it English or any official language, be it grammar or vocabulary!
Let today be the beginning of your journey to acquire excellent communication strategies. Remember little progress is better than no progress.

2. GET RID OF THE “BUTTERFLIES IN THE STOMACH FACE”

By this I mean, “the tensed face”.
The people who interview you have been into that field for ages so they are experts at finding out your afraid look,
your tensed look; they might know when you lie too.
WAIT A MINUTE !
Ask yourself.
What are you afraid of?! They are not your university professors nor they are cops nor they are tigers;
they are humans who are trying to find out the best candidate out of the applicants.
Just tell yourself that you are meeting an old friend of yours and he’s asking you question. Simple.

3. POSTURE MATTERS

Your body language conveys many things to the people watching you. Dress professionally.
Spine erect. Look confidently with your head straight, no humped back, no resting your face on your palm.
Make proper eye contact.

4. STOP GIVING DUMB SLASH UNEXCITING ANSWERS

Don’t give the routine answers. Incorporate your style and thought process.
You are unique and so should be  your answers. Make them interesting and smart.
Practice the answers beforehand but please make sure they don’t sound scripted.

5. GEL WITH THE PEOPLE

Be a warm person. While waiting for your turn ,
talk to people whenever necessary and at the group discussion act genuine and optimistic.

6. PUT ON YOUR ACTING SUIT

Can you lie at the interview ?
Yes, you can. But not for the serious ones. Say he asks you to describe your previous workplace or your ex boss;
In reality you might have hated your boss and your office but if you say that you hated,
you wouldn’t have anything else to speak about, whereas the interviewer asked that question so that he could get to hear something,
so may be at these kinda situations you could use the “white lie philosophy” , the lies which don’t make a bug difference.
So, here you go, act smart, quick, nice, intelligent.

7. TELL THEM YOU ARE A PROFESSSSH

For Professionals they are actually looking for. Right from your dress sense,
the way you communicate, you answers, your behavior.
EVERYTHING has to be Professional!  Mind it!

8. LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE SMART AND MATURE

Your answers convey how smart you are.
Hence try giving proper explanations, reasons and other necessary quotes in every round.
Think like a matured person and speak sensibly.

9. HAVE AN EYE CATCHY RESUME

This tip is the most crucial which actually convinces the person reading it to actually call you for the interview.
So make it as innovative as possible. Break the monotony. Expel the obvious information.
Try to enhance your positive achievements.

10. STRIKE A BALANCE

Life, love, happiness, apparently interviews are all about balancing. You never over do or under perform anything.
Be yourself. Be the best version of yourself and go get your dreams fulfilled.
Pack up loads of confidence, instill yourself with positive affirmations and give your interview like a BOSS.
All the very best.
